Vidcast
AI screen recording tool built into ClickUp workflows that auto transcribes recordings and generates task summaries for teams.
Vidcast is an AI powered async video messaging and screen recording tool designed to fit directly into project management and task tracking workflows. Users record screen and webcam videos to explain tasks or provide updates, and the AI automatically transcribes the recording, generates a written summary, and can create linked action items directly within a connected project management tool. The tool targets distributed teams looking to reduce meeting load by replacing status update calls with quick recorded video messages that carry structured, searchable context. Vidcast differentiates itself from generic screen recorders by focusing on task oriented workflows rather than general purpose video sharing.
