Ajelix
AI toolkit for Excel and Google Sheets that generates formulas, writes VBA and Apps Script macros, and explains spreadsheet functions in plain English.
Ajelix is an AI productivity suite specifically designed for Excel and Google Sheets power users who want to automate repetitive tasks, generate complex formulas, and write macros without programming knowledge. Users describe what they want to calculate or automate in plain English and Ajelix produces the correct Excel formula, Google Sheets formula, VBA macro, or Google Apps Script - with an explanation of how it works. The platform also provides an AI formula explainer that breaks down any existing formula into plain-language steps, and a spreadsheet template generator for common business reporting needs. Ajelix targets analysts, operations teams, finance professionals, and small business owners who live in spreadsheets but hit the limits of their formula knowledge regularly. Freemium with paid plans starting around $7 per month.

- Low entry price makes AI formula assistance accessible to freelancers and solopreneurs on tight budgets
Cons
- Complex multi-sheet workbooks with circular references or external data connections require manual review of generated code
